The two new guys aren’t playing yet (nor is FVV) as the Raptors opened strong against the Rockets.
Then they gave up an 18-2 run… and yet Toronto is still ahead, 47-44.

Ended the half strong. Pretty good effort all round but they could use some juice from the bench. Brown has 11 and took 9 shots but I'm not sure he can be counted on as a scorer consistently.

Man, Darko is killing me in fantasy here.
Picked up Nwora last week and he saw no PT. Dropped him.
Picked up Olynyk thinking he'd see some action tonight and bring some hometown energy. Nothing.
C'mon Darko!!

I don't think anyone knows who the 7-10 rotation guys are right now. Porter or Olynyk, Nwora or Agbaji? Dick is gonna play for sure but will get the hook fast if he plays poorly.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that Barrett needs the ball at the end of games. He's just quicker and more aggressive going to the hoop. He can take a hit. Barnes definitely should have the ball at the end but hes working way too slow and methodical. He's not creating any problems for the defense. Speeding up his offense and decision making needs to be a priority in his development.
Anyway, it was a win. Not a great win. Trent and Brown vanished in the second half. There is an opening for a starting SG on this team. There's gonna be draft choices, free agents, etc, I hope someone wants the job next season because Trent ain't it.
