I saw this headline pop up and initially was just really skeptical of any lawsuit, but when reading a little bit about it you get a little more concerned. I'm reading people talk online so who the hell knows, but this is speculated that Darko might actually need to be suspended and maybe even fired. That his name is directly involved in the suit indicates he might have had knowledge of this and asked for the protected info.
Really this appears like 1 person (Ikechukwu Azotam) stole everything not knowing it was stealing and proactively sent the info along but it was all using the Knicks shared drives so they have logs of everything.
Either way this has now actually turned into a thing for us to watch the rest of the off season.
